In die &#8211; casting, molten metal is forced into a mold cavity under high pressure. The metal then solidifies, and the part is removed from the mold.<\/p>\n<p>This method is great for producing parts with high strength and good dimensional accuracy. We can use different metals, such as aluminum, zinc, and magnesium. Die &#8211; casting can also produce parts with thin walls and complex shapes.<\/p>\n<p>But like injection molding, the initial cost of the die is high. And the process has some limitations in terms of the size and complexity of the parts.
